Nova is a lightly speckled GFP leucistic axolotl, the combination that gives the brightest fluorescence of any morph. A pale pink and white body with a light scatter of dark speckles across the head and back, and deep red gills. Because leucistics carry so little pigment, the green fluorescence reads far more strongly than it does on a dark morph. Under a blue torch this animal is close to luminous.
One of the standout animals available. The speckling is fine rather than heavy, which many keepers prefer. Eats without hesitation, pellets and chopped earthworm both. An animal that has to be tempted does not go on the site.

Yes, with the usual caveat that the tank has to be ready first. The protein is heritable and benign, so care is identical to any other axolotl of the same morph.
How big will Nova get?
Nova is 10 cm now and should finish between 18 and 25 cm. Around this size the feeding response is reliable, which is the thing that makes an animal easy to keep.
